chapaties
Ingredients
- 10 tbsp of chickpea flour
- 180 ml water
- extra virgin olive oil
Method
- place flour, water and 1 tsp of olive oil in the blender (you can do this by hand but I find that using blender is so much tidier, less washing up and 10 times quicker)
- whizz everything together
- heat your pan with 1 tsp oil (the pan needs to be on medium to high side)
- poor some batter and swirl it around to make the shape of pancake
This recipe make three small ones or 2 large chapaties. Enjoy with chickpea curry or baharat chickpeas.
