3 ingredient nori roll

When you want something fresh and light, this is can be a perfect breakfast or evening meal. I just love the salty taste of nori and the creaminess of avocado.


  • nori sheet
  • 1/2 avocado – sliced
  • any green leaves (I used pea shoots)


  • place nori roll on the chopping board shiny side dow
  • spread your avocado in a line, about an inch away from the edge of nori
  • roll away from yourself, into a tight roll
  • wet the last edge of nori so the roll can glue together

And that is it. You can use any ingredients that you have, but I love avocado in this, it makes everything taste so creamy. Serve with some tamari, gluten free soya sauce and some extra greens.
