baked blueberry banana porridge

This is certainly one of the most comforting breakfasts that I turn to again and again. You can use different berries, nut butters or spices and come up with your favourite variation. Super easy to do, and it cooks whilst you are getting ready in the morning.

Base ingredients (1 portion)

  • 35g rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax

Ingredients for blending

  • 1 banana
  • handful of blueberries (apx 70g)
  • 1 tsp nut butter (I used hazelnut)
  • 100 ml water
  • cinnamon, nutmeg or whatever spices you prefer

Blend the ingredients above. Add to the base ingredients. Mix and put in the oven at 180C  for 20 min.

Top with your favourite berries. Enjoy!
