4 ingredient Banana Pancakes

These pancakes are fluffy and light, yet filling and full of protein. Takes only a couple of minutes to wiz the ingredients in your blender, and you get a gluten free batter.


  • 1 large or 2 small banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp ground almonds
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Optional – cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice.


  • wiz eggs, banana, baking powder and spices, if using, in the blender
  • add ground almonds and and wiz for a few more moments, to incorporate everything
  • heat up the pan properly
  • poor into small pancakes straight out of blender, wait 3 minutes before turning over

Makes approximately 10 small pancakes. Meant to be shared, but sometimes you would want to make them just for yourself 🙂 I serve them with cherries and Icelandic yogurt.
