Blackberry smoothie bowl

Oh how I love summer, and the sun, and the berries. Sometimes all you want to eat is just sweet deliciousness and this smoothie bowl was born just like that.


  • 1 small banana
  • appx 100g blackberries
  • appx 50g fresh coconut chunks (available from supermarkets)


  • blend everything together until incorporated, but leave some bits in

That’s it! Decorate with whatever you want. I love hemp hearts and when I see physalis in the shops, I try to get them too. Eat slowly, mindfully, enjoying every bite.
