caribbean fish

If you love caribbean flavours, this dish is for you. Every time I make it, I’m taken back to blue waters of the Caribbean sea.

  • x2 whiting fillets (or any white fish of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp jerk seasoning (sold in most supermarkets)

  • mix jerk seasoning with 1/2 tbsp of olive oil and coat the fish with seasoning
  • you can leave it to marinate for 20 minutes, if you have time, or just cook it as is
  • heat a frying pan and pan fry your fish 3/4 minutes each side (depending on the type of fish)

I served it with this spicy mango salsa which added some sweetness and freshness to the dish.
