herby ling

This dish is truly what I expect to get in a restaurant! The best thing about it is that it doesn’t take much time to make.


  • x2 ling fillets (or any other white fish will do)
  • 30g macademia nuts
  • large handful of parsley
  • zest of whole lemon
  • juice of 0.5 lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • finely chop the nuts and parsley, mix with zest and juice of lemon
  • line the baking tray with baking paper, place the ling fillets and spoon the mixture on top
  • cook for 20 min in 180C

This is a great recipe if you have guests coming as it all can be done in one batch. Enjoy 🙂
